Blaise Employees Donate to Toys For Tots

Tis the Season for Giving. All 20 Blaise Alexander locations gathered new, unwrapped toys to donate to their local Toys for Tots campaign. The Mission of Toys for Tots is to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to less fortunate children for Christmas.

Williamsport Soap Box Derby

June 2021 - Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is proud to sponsor the Williamsport Soap Box Derby Race. The race took place on Market Street Hill and featured racers and business sponsors. Blaise Alexander, CEO, Joel Breneman COO and Lyle even got in on the action. Congratulations to all this years participants. 

Penn College Partners With Blaise Alexander

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is an annual supporter of Wildcat Athletics, providing resources to enhance facilities and technology, including two digital scorboards in Bardo Gymnasium. They also offer a Blaise Alexander Family Dealership scholarship to eligible Penn College students.  

Aubrey Alexander, an alumnus of the college's business administration program, serves on the Penn College Foundation Board of Directors. The family has also donated a 1926 Ford Model-T for use in automotive restoration instruction.

Totes For Hope

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships BDC Team collected personal care items for the American Red Cross Greater Pennsylvania Totes of Hope campaign. These items will be packaged into Resiliency Backpacks for homeless veterans, as well as items for Move-in Kits for formerly homeless veterans that are transitioning into housing.

Blaise Alexander Donates $100,000 to Diocese of Scranton Scholarship Foundation

In June Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships donated $100,000 to the Diocese of Scranton Scholarship Foundation through the EITC (Educational Improvement Tax Credit) program. The funds are earmarked for St. John Neumann families for tuition assistance.

Aubrey Alexander and Adam Alexander of the Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships presented the check to The Most Reverend Joseph C. Bambera, D.D., J.C.L., Bishop of Scranton, and other dignitaries from the Diocese of Scranton's Catholic Schools Office and St. John Neumann Regional Academy.

Blaise Alexander Donates $10,000 to Neumann Angels Fund

Aubrey Alexander (right) presents a $10,000 check from Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships to the Neumann Angels Fund. Accepting the check are Mrs. Alisia McNamee (left), principal of St. John Neumann Regional Academy, and Mr. Paul H. Rooney, Jr., member of the Neumann Angels Campaign Committee. The Neumann Angels fund is used primarily to assist qualified families with their tuition expense.

Blaise Alexander Donates $150,000 to Raise The Region

Raise The Region is a 30-hour online fundraising campaign benefiting local non-profit organizations. The stretching donation from Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships and the cash prizes inspire charitable giving and demonstrates the powerful community outreach. In 2021, Raise the Region raised a record breaking total of $2,030,674 benefiting 273 non-profit organizations.
